1. General Information

Swiss Group Vision provides international delivery services in collaboration with our logistics partners. Shipping costs are charged separately from the product price, and customers are informed of these costs before purchase. A separate invoice will be issued for shipping charges.

The standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 4 months, depending on order size. Customers will receive specific delivery details upon placing an order. Our customer service team will remain in contact with the customer until the order is successfully delivered.

2. Ordering Process

Upon receiving an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer via email. This confirmation will include:

• Product details

• Quantity

• Total price

• Estimated delivery time

• Seller’s signature

Customers will be registered in our system upon order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are made via invoice sent to the customer’s registered email.

• A 50% upfront payment is required at the time of order placement to initiate production.

• Once production is completed, a video demonstrating the fully assembled product with the customer’s name will be provided for quality verification.

• Before shipment, the remaining 50% balance must be paid.

• Shipping costs are invoiced separately.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on swissgroupvision.com are exclusive of VAT.

5. Complaints & Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect their goods upon delivery to ensure they are correct and free from damage.

• Any visible defects or damage must be reported to the transport company at the time of receipt with photo documentation.

• In cases of concealed damage due to transport handling, customers must notify the carrier within 8 hours of delivery.

• Failure to report damages within the specified timeframe will result in the loss of the right to file a complaint.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 7 days of receiving the order confirmation. In such cases:

• A 50% refund of the initial payment will be issued, as production would have already begun.

• Cancellations made after 7 days from order confirmation are non-refundable.

7. Warranty

Swiss Group Vision offers a 5-year warranty on polycarbonate sheets and aluminum profiles.

• Any defects arising within this period will be replaced at no additional cost, except for shipping charges, which are to be covered by the customer.

• If damages result from customer mishandling, the customer assumes full responsibility.

8. Service Terms & Costs

Swiss Group Vision’s General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, sales contracts, and consulting agreements.

Our objective is to deliver high-quality services tailored to client needs, at a fair price, and within an agreed timeline. During the consultancy process:

• We will provide recommendations and procedures that require client approval.

• Delayed client responses may impact both cost and project duration.

• Requested modifications after the initial agreement will be accommodated where possible, though they may affect pricing and delivery schedules.

Consulting Service Fees:

• Daily rate: €1,200 per 8-hour working day

• Overtime charges: Additional rates apply

• Additional expenses: Costs for accommodation, transport, and daily expenses must be agreed upon before any travel or overtime.

Time is calculated from the departure of our personnel from our facility to their return.

All contracts for sales, consultancy, or other services are strictly subject to Swiss Group Vision’s Terms and Conditions. The interpretation of technical aspects within contracts will follow Swiss Group Vision’s professional understanding.
